Our season of Creative Dance culminates in a celebration of youth in our annual Creative Dance Festival. Featuring 8 performances, a reception for family and friends, and fun activities in the Clarke Courtyard, this weekend-long event showcases some of the youngest dancers at MoCo Arts. This year’s production is The Hungry Caterpillar, based on the book by Eric Carle. In this colorful, playful show, the caterpillar dances through a parade of fun food songs, emerging as a butterfly to frolic with friends. Four casts of children ages 3-8 years old will take the stage to showcase their learning, confidence, and collaboration in this Young Arts event.
