MoCo Arts Executive Director – A Unique Opportunity!
MoCo Arts is seeking an Executive Director to lead it in its next phase of development. MoCo is in the early stages of working with Arts Alive! and The Colonial Theater to create a new multi-arts center in downtown Keene, NH. The ED will be an integral part of helping to define, design and implement the new arts center with the objective of accommodating MoCo’s need for additional education and wellness facilities. In addition, the ED will be responsible for articulating the vision, fulfilling the mission, implementing the strategic plan, and achieving the organizational goals.
The successful candidate must have a proven track record of successfully leading an organization to new heights, creating strategic relationships and collaborations within the community, and being an influential spokesperson through an organizational period of change. A minimum of a Bachelor’s Degree is required, with a Master’s level degree preferred.
