WORKSHOPS
"TWO LEFT FEET"
- If you're drawn to move or dance but just don't feel comfortable, feel like you "don't have any rhythm", or "can't do it", this workshop will finally give those two left feet their chance!
- No movement experience or rhythm reguired; really, absolutely none!
- We will work on basic movements such as shifting weight, changing directions, bending in the knees and hips. We will do rhythm exercises such as clapping and stepping to the music, all at a slow sane pace.
- The workshop is aimed at helping give you more awareness of your body, better coordination and a freer sense of movement and ease in your body. It might also just take you closer to finally signing up for that dance or fitness class you've dreamed of taking!
- Ballroom, modern, martial arts, fitness, NIA - they could all be available to you and those wonderful Two Left feet!
- Remember, a dancer is simply someone who loves to dance!
