C.A.K.E.

Creative Arts at Keene
July 1-26, 2013
Creative Arts at Keene (C.A.K.E.) is an award-winning, fun, and unique arts summer camp that transforms lives! Campers choose their own classes and are offered flexibility in schedules. Classes include art, creative writing, dance, drama, music, photography, technical theatre, video, and much more. Weekly and half-day options are available. Classes culminate in Festival Week, a week-long celebration of performances, including Festival Day on the Colonial Theatre stage. This year, C.A.K.E. is divided into two levels, C.A.K.E. Jr. and C.A.K.E. Sr. Because C.A.K.E. welcomes campers from grades 2-12, classes are leveled to surround campers with friends within a close age range. C.A.K.E. Jr. welcomes campers from grades 2-5. C.A.K.E. Sr. welcomes campers from grades 6-12.

C.A.K.E. is not just for those who want to perform. There are classes in visual arts, chainmail, video, music, and much more without a performance requirement. It is a place where all who are interested in the arts can come together and be their true selves.
