Pricing & Packages Info
A commitment is made to register and attend a class for the full-specified period of time. The full class price will be charged for students within the first 30 days. After 30 days, the registration will be prorated based on the drop in rate for that class. All registrations include a non-refundable $25 registration fee (fee included in cost of class). For classes that run for 8 weeks or less, the full tuition will be charged regardless of enrollment date.
Students who cannot commit to a full class registration may choose to drop in to a class, if drops ins are allowed by the instructor. A drop in rate will be charged to the student. Many Dance classes build from week to week, and do not allow drop ins. This option is popular with our Young Arts families, and Theatre skills classes.
Unlimited Dance Package
Students may attend as many Dance classes as they want for the specified time period for a discounted price. The student is expected to note which weekly classes they will attend (classes require teacher placement.)
Adult Class Card
Adults (18+) may purchase a ‘card’ valid for a certain number of hours of classes. The card is valid for 1 year. Adult students may choose which class to attend in advance but it is not necessary.
Students from 18 months to 1st grade are eligible for all classes in our Young Arts program. Students in 2nd grade may choose whether to stay in Young Arts for one more year, or move on to our Dance and Theatre programs. For Theatre, students in grades 2nd through 6th would participate in our “Tweens” theatre program, where students in grades 6th through 12th would participate in our “Teens” theatre program. Students in grade 6 may choose whether to participate in the “Tweens” or “Teens” Theatre programming based on their individual skills. Dance classes use placement based on the skills of the students to determine appropriate class level.
Camps are daily for a week or more held during school vacations and over the summer
5% discount for students signed up for both Dance and Theatre classes.
Gift Certificates may be purchased for any amount. Gift Certificates do not expire.
Tuition Assistance forms may be downloaded here, but the hard copy must be sent to MoCo Arts via the mail or dropped off at the front desk.
MoCo Arts believes that all students should have the opportunity to experience the arts. To that end, we offer tuition assistance for classes, camps and workshops. The funds are limited and allocated for different times of the year. Students interested in tuition assistance must submit a signed, completed MoCo Arts Tuition Assistance application along with a copy of the most recent IRS form 1040 (or equivalent) that lists the applicant as either taxpayer or dependent. Both documents must be received by the deadline (see dates below) in order for the application to be complete.
Assistance will be based on the financial need of the applicant and will not exceed 70% of tuition. Assistance will be given based on a percentage of the total cost of the classes the applicant is signing up for. Students signing up for both semesters (Sep – Jun) should note this on their application and the assistance will be awarded for both semesters. Applicant (or parent/guardian) agrees to pay balance of the charges. The non-refundable registration fee of $25 is required at the time of application. This will be applied to the tuition charge.
For those students applying for tuition assistance, a $25 registration fee is due upon registration, and the remaining balance will be collected upon notification of tuition assistance. MoCo Arts offers payment plans to spread tuition costs over the length of the class. Payment plans can be set as monthly or bi-monthly on either the 1st and/or 20th of each month. Payment plans will incur an additional cost of $2.50 per payment, charged in advance with the first payment. Payments can either be made by charging a credit card
(Visa, Mastercard, Discover) or by providing post-dated checks. Accounts must be in good standing to be considered for tuition assistance.
Deadlines for Scholarship Applications:
Summer Programs: May 15
Fall Programs: August 15
Spring Programs: December 15
Applications will be accepted up to the deadline; we make every effort to make notification of awards within one week. Applications received after the deadline will be assessed by the Review Board with no guarantee of award, subject to the availability of funds.
Payments & Refunds
Payment in full is expected upon registration. For the convenience of our students and families we offer a payment plan to spread the cost of tuition over the length of the semester. Payment plans may be set up as a monthly payment on the 1st or 20th of each month. Payments can be made automatically charging a credit or debit card [Visa, Master Card, Discover] or by providing pre-dated checks at the time of registration to the front desk staff. Payment plans will incur an additional monthly cost of $2.50 per payment. Accounts that are not paid in full or participating in a payment plan will be charged an additional $10.00 per month until the account is paid in full or enters into a formal payment plan. Student’s accounts must be in good standing in order to register for the next series of classes and to participate in a performance.
Returned Check Fee
A $25 charge will be added to any account for a returned check or refused autopay.
Requests for refunds should be in writing by using the Refund Form and sent to: MoCo Arts,76 Railroad St, Keene NH 03431. For the purpose of calculating the refund the time stamp or postmark will be used to determine the refund.

The refund will be prorated on the amount of time elapsed since the start of the package regardless of attendance and will be assessed a 5% cancellation fee.
Refunds will be given for any unused classes if requested in writing within 6 months of issue date. After 6 months no refund will be given.
Refunds for camps requested prior to four weeks from the start date will be refunded at full price. Refunds requested between four and two weeks prior to the start date will be refunded at 50% the cost. Within two weeks of the start date, no refund will be given. Payment plans will stay in effect if within 4 weeks. The $25 non-refundable registration fee will not be refunded regardless of date.
Performance and Ticket Info
MoCo Arts mission is about education and our performances are a by-product of this process. No Dance student is required to perform. Students must be registered for a class to be eligible to perform. Students in Dance classes will be asked to sign a commitment letter if they wish to perform. This commitment letter will outline the dates of additional rehearsals and performances. A student must be able to attend all the additional rehearsals and performances. Parents should review the dates with family and school obligations before signing the commitment letter. If a conflict arises after the commitment letter is signed, the dance director should be notified immediately. MoCo Arts try’s to work around school commitments, but reserves the right to remove a student from a show if they do not attend the rehearsals as required.
If a student misses more than four classes they will not be able to perform. When a student misses their fifth class, we will notify you that you have been taken out of the performance for that class only. Ballet E Rep, Modern E Rep and Pointe C are allowed 6 misses as they meet twice a week. Each class is separate and we will look at them as such. As always you have to be at all rehearsals and performances in the theatre. If you miss a rehearsal in the theatre you will be taken out of the show.
-If your class meets for 45 minutes: If you miss more than 15 minutes of class you will be marked absent for that class.
-If your class meets for 1 hour: If you miss more than 20 minutes of class you will be marked absent for that class.
-If your class meets for 1 ½ hours: If you miss more then 30 minutes of class you will be marked absent for that class.
Parents and other attendees are responsible for purchasing tickets to MoCo Arts performances in advance. MoCo Arts makes no guarantee that performances will not sell out. Tickets will go on sale approximately one month prior to the first performance. Tickets may be purchased at MoCo Arts or online for performances at 76 Railroad Street. Tickets to certain off-site venues (Colonial, Redfern) must be purchased directly from the venue. Tickets are non-refundable and there are no exchanges. For Mainstage shows all audience members, regardless of age, need to have a ticket. For Black Box shows, children under 18 months may be held in a parents lap, and not be charged, all others entering the theatre must have a ticket. Food and drinks are prohibited in all theatres.
