C.A.K.E. Summer Camp CITs and Jr. Counselors
Below are the openings available at C.A.K.E. Summer Camp, running July 3 – 28, 2017. Please read each definition carefully.
CIT (Counselor In Training) Ages 16 – 18
CITs are trained to assist with 4 classes each day at camp. CITs can take unlimited classes during the MoCo Arts summer session. They are responsible for teaching a Festival Period at least 4 days each week of camp. They will be paid a stipend of $500 for the summer.
Jr. Counselor Ages 17 – 18
Jr. Counselors are trained to assist with 2 classes and teach 2 classes at C.A.K.E.. Jr. Counselors can take unlimited classes during the MoCo Arts summer session. They are responsible for teaching a Festival Period at least 4 days each week of camp. They will be paid a stipend of $700 for the summer. You must have been a CIT at C.A.K.E. for at least one year before applying for a Jr. Counselor position.
As you apply for a staff position at C.A.K.E. this summer, please look closely at the above definitions and apply for the position you feel as though you are most suited for. We are very excited for this summer’s programming and look forward to talking with each of you soon.
